The Manasija metochion of the White Church, or the Vrbovac Church - the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos at Beljajka - was renewed and repaired several times during the 19th and 20th centuries. In the middle of the 19th century the Manasija abbot Isaija renewed the Vrbovac Church and its estate. In more recent history this church was renewed in the time of Bishop Hrizostom Vojinović of Braničevo (1911–1989), during 1971. The renewal continued in the time of Bishop Sava Andrić of Braničevo (1939–1993) - under the watchful eye of experts, the key renewal works were carried out in 1993, when the church's former splendor was restored and the churchyard and its surroundings were landscaped, and the works continued in the time of Bishop Ignatije of Požarevac and Braničevo, and are still ongoing. The monastic lodge beside the White Church was built in 1992, and in 2022 another lodge was built.

Every year, on September 21/8, the faithful gather in the churchyard of the White Church to celebrate the Lesser Feast of the Theotokos. After the Holy Liturgy, a procession winds its way around the church, raising and carrying forth prayers and blessings. In the peace of the churchyard, by the well with drinking water and along the shady paths, the faithful find moments of spiritual tranquility. The White Church, founded in ancient times, by its beauty, its history and its prayerful spirit remains a witness of faith, perseverance and love for the spiritual heritage, while in the embrace of nature it awaits new pilgrims and souls thirsting for the peace of God and communion with God.

As a testimony to its historical and cultural value, the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos at Beljajka, a metochion of Manasija Monastery, was declared immovable cultural property - a cultural monument - by decision of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments in Kragujevac in March 1969. It still stands today, quiet and sublime, amid the greenery of the Resava hills, guarding through the centuries the flame of the Christian faith, calling out to those who seek the peace and beauty of ancient Serbian spirituality.
